  1. a) Information you provide to us through voluntary completion When you use the forms on the site, when you request a service offer, when you contact us by phone or e-mail or communicate with us in any way, you voluntarily give us the information we process. This information includes your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, project location, as well as any other data you offer voluntarily during the process of accessing the website.

This information is kept in conditions of security and confidentiality in our database. We do not disclose or transfer information to third parties, except under the conditions stipulated in this Privacy Policy.

  1. b) Information we collect automatically When you browse our site, we may collect information about your visit: IP address, operating system, browser, browsing activity and other information about how you interacted with the site. We may collect this information through the use of cookies or other similar technologies.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

Regarding the data you provide to us voluntarily by filling out and sending forms, through requests for offers via the site or by contacting us in any way, the legal basis is "to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract" (art. 6 para. (1) lit. b of Regulation (EU) 679/2016). This includes actions such as contacting for information and clarifications for submitting an offer, negotiations, the actual contracting and any other activities related to the proper execution of the contract. 

Regarding the data you provide us voluntarily, possibly by posting a comment on a blog article (if applicable), the basis for processing is our legal obligation to support the exercise of the right to information, but also our legitimate interest in providing readers with transparency and information. 

According to current legislation, including GDPR (applicable from May 25, 2018), your consent is not required in the situation where the processing is necessary for taking steps to conclude a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation or legitimate interest.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA?

Once the processing period indicated above expires, and www.concreteconstruct.ro no longer has legal or legitimate reasons to process your personal data, the data will be deleted in accordance with our procedures, which may involve archiving, anonymization or destruction.

Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain from us the restriction of processing where one of the following cases applies:

(a) you contest the accuracy of the data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;

(b) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;

(c) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

(d) you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours.

Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where:

(a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; and

(b) the processing is carried out by automated means.

Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processingincluding profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

 

You do not have this right if the decision is authorized by Union or national law applicable to the controller and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

www.concreteconstruct.ro will take the appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including by requiring service providers to use appropriate measures to protect your personal data.

We will try to respond to any requests within 30 days. However, the period may be extended for specific reasons related to the specific legal right or the complexity of your request.

Restriction of access: in certain situations, it is possible that we may not be able to provide you with access to all or some of your personal data due to legal provisions. If we refuse your access request, we will inform you about the reason for the refusal.

Impossibility to identify you: in some cases, it is possible that we may not be able to search for your personal data due to the identifiers you provide in your request. An example of personal data that we cannot consult when you provide us with your name and e-mail address is the data collected through browser cookies.

In such cases, if we cannot identify you as the data subject, we are unable to comply with your request, unless you provide additional information that allows for identification.
