I am George Cristian Iordache, a structural design engineer with over 20 years of experience, and the founder of Concrete Construct (2007). Passionate about structural engineering, I’ve always created technical solutions that optimize client budgets without ever compromising on quality. Beyond work, I’m passionate about sports, fishing, and psychology.
Adina Badea
Design Engineer & Project Manager
I am Adina Badea, a structural engineer specialized in steel structures.
I am passionate about delivering safe, durable, and innovative solutions in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. I believe that attention to detail, effective communication, and an integrated approach can add value to every project.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, painting, and embroidery.

I am a structural design engineer with solid experience, practicing since 2006 after graduating from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest. I constantly strive for efficient, modern solutions that balance safety with functionality. Perseverance, a results-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills define my relationships with both my team and clients. Outside of work, I like to think of myself as an expert predator fisherman, even if my colleagues strongly disagree, and I am passionate about everything involving the great outdoors.
